Happy Earth Day!

Hello Everyone! Happy Earth Day! Today is a great day to look at Earth friendly goals to meet over the course of this year. This year my family is adding more native flowers to our yard and hoping to start a local Wildflower project.

We need more color in our landscape, more flowers. Our pollinators need more food and they need our help. We can help by planting more organic flowers. This is a very inexpensive, achievable solution, that everyone can get involved in. If you have a large grassy yard, consider removing a big space of grass and replacing it with native flowering plants.  Even if you don’t have a yard, you probably have a patio or a deck where you could place pots of flowers out to feed pollinators.  Here’s another great idea, give your mother the gift of living flowers this year. She can plant them in her yard and enjoy them for a lifetime! Get creative and have fun knowing you are giving back to the planet.  Small contributions can add up to big changes!

I hope you will join me in this effort. I would love to hear what your plans are for Earth Day too!

Thank you for joining the movement!
