We had such a great turnout at Saturday’s cooking class. We made fresh salsa, a mango-avocado salad, and an arugula salad. Everyone was eager to learn and to help, and some were brave enough to try something new! I enjoyed each and every one of you, and I hope to see you all at the next class in October! Don’t forget where many of the ingredients came from, bee pollination! A big thank you to Whole Foods for inviting us back!
